30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on Master Course Purchases

If you purchase the Tax Pro Master Course, the Immigration Master Class, or the Bundle of both, you have 30 days from the purchase date to request a full refund for any reason.

How to request a refund

1. Email us at customerservice@jrickss.com with your order number and the reason.
2. We will respond within one business day to confirm.
3. Stripe processes the refund within 5 to 10 business days back to the original card.

What is covered

• The Tax Pro Master Course (Standard, Pro, and Firm tiers)
• The Immigration Master Class (Standard, Pro, and Firm tiers)
• The Tax + Immigration Master Class Bundle

What is not covered

Live tax preparation, ITIN preparation, IRS representation hours that have already been performed, and real estate or business formation services that have been delivered are not refundable. Each is invoiced and engaged under a separate engagement letter.

Strategy calls included with Pro and Firm tiers

If you have already used the included strategy call, the refund is reduced by the call value ($300 for the 30-minute call, $597 for the 60-minute call).
